In addition to other projects, the Rural Municipalities of Alonsa and Lakeshore each provide 25% of ACD's yearly funding.

In addition, we would like to extend special thanks to:

New Horizons Senior Centre

Alonsa Community School

Capp Transport

Manitoba Hydro

and the many land owners and residents of Alonsa Conservation District

With support from Alonsa Public School, and a grant from Prairie Mountain Health's Healthy Together Now funding program, ACD helped to complete a two tier project called A.A.C.R.E - Alonsa Agriculture Community Restorative Enterprise, a project which installed new green houses and raised garden beds in two locations within the community.

The Manitoba Government provides 75% of ACD's funding yearly.

The Alonsa Conservation District is happy to be able to supplement its funding with the help of various partners. We would like to thank the following:

In a joint project with Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Manitoba Fish and Wildlife Enhancement Fund, the ACD is in the process of completing a Walleye Spawning project along the Garrioch Creek, one of the most important order in council drains in the district.
